Heroes of the Faith | Mary

Mary was the mother of Jesus. When she was just a young teenager, an angel appeared to her and told her that she would have a baby and it would be the Son of God! This seemed impossible to Mary, as she was still a virgin. This would cause her great embarrassment and shame, but she submitted to God and said, “May this be to me as you have said.” Mary would say to us today to follow the will of God, even when it doesn’t make sense to us. She would tell us, “Don’t miss your powerful moment with God for He will do the impossible and use us in ways we cannot yet see.” If we fight through fear and put our hope in God, we will experience God’s best in our life.
