#7 Distractions to Oneness: ANGER!

Anger is easy to rationalize: "Hey, if you hadn't done that, I wouldn't have gotten mad." Now just to feel anger isn't a sin. It's our response to anger that becomes sin. Ephesians 4:26-27 says, "In your anger, do not sin. Don't let the sun go down on you while you are still angry. And do not give the devil a foothold." The word translated, foothold, means "an opportunity...a location.” In other words, in your anger, don't give the devil a room in your heart. Don't let anger live unchecked and unguarded!
