The Anointing

Anoint means to rub or smear with oil. Anointing is also an act used for setting something apart for a God-given assignment. The Holy Spirit is the supplier of this anointing oil, and because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, we can have this same Holy Spirit living in and through us if we choose to follow Christ. LaMorris leaves us with the question - Do you know Jesus or do you just know of Him?
