He Loves Me

(Ephesians 3:17b-19) The parable of the prodigal's son is about a father and his two sons. The older son chooses to stay home and work for his father, while the younger son decides to run away with his inheritance. When the younger son realizes that he is acting foolishly and becomes lonely, he returns to his father begging him for work. The father welcomes the son home with love, grace, mercy, and redemption. This story demonstrates how God views us. He is waiting for us to come home and receive the salvation He gives us through repentance. He loves us and longs for a relationship with us!
